What do i need to do to prepare for my appointment?
The more toys, clothes, and personal belongings that are picked up prior to our arrival, the more our technicians may focus on the actual cleaning of the home, than picking up and organizing. We are always willing to help with picking up, but to reduce costs, it does help if the clientele does a minor "pick up". Besides that, we come prepared with all our necessary supplies.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is $50 per hour per cleaner for basic, or routine cleanings. $55 per hour per cleaner for deep cleans, move-out/in, or restoration cleanings. (Minimum for any type of cleaning: $100 or 2 hours)
$60 per hour for deep cleans
What do you offer that other companies dont?
We offer customizable cleanings, to the clientele's preferences and budget. We strive to be eco-friendly and use several green products. We attempt to reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing the use of wasteful products such as paper towels and wipes, and using minimal water when cleaning bathrooms utilizing buckets versus constant running water.
We are insured, registered, and licensed with the State of Colorado.
Stephanie, the owner, holds an associate degree in Business Administration, working on a bachelor's degree in Communications to be completed in mid-2024! Stephanie is also a certified professional house cleaner with ISSA/ARCSI.
